By accessing, browsing, or using our website at biohubtrixae.top or any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you have a paid service agreement with biohubtrixae, termination terms specific to that agreement will also apply.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Croatia, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects those rights.
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Croatian arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and biohubtrixae regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
